Lido ready for summer season: From Saturday, swimming will be allowed at the only Danube beach in Belgrade
The River Flotilla of the Ground Army has set up a pontoon bridge leading from the Zemun Quay to the Lido beach
The swimming season on Zemun's Lido will be opened on July 2, and the beach will be available to citizens until September 1, every day from 9 am to 7 pm.

In cooperation with competent institutions, all conditions for a pleasant stay at this "Zemun sea" (located on the Great War Island) have been provided, the beach and sport facilities, drinking water and showers have been arranged, the municipality of Zemun has announced.
The safety of the citizens will be taken care of by lifeguards and rescue teams, as well as an on duty medical crew.
The River Flotilla of the Ground Army has set up a pontoon bridge leading from the Zemun Quay to the Lido beach, and the crossing is free for all visitors and fans of Lido.
