The Croatian national football team achieved a great victory at the World Cup against Japan after a penalty shoot-out, thus reaching the quarterfinals in Qatar.

The victory and qualification for the quarterfinals was celebrated everywhere in the region, including in neighboring Sarajevo (Bosnia and Herzegovina), where a group of Croat fans gathered in front of the Japanese embassy.

About a dozen people came in front of the building, howling and singing and thus disturbing public order and peace, as people filmed the events from their balconies.

First they shouted "We, the Croats" and then sang Thompson's song "Lepa li si" ("How beautiful you are") which mentions the non-existent state of Herzeg-Bosnia (wartime Croat entity in Bosnia and Herzegovina), which particularly angered Sarajevo residents.
