President Aleksandar Vucic announced that he will make an address in the coming days, regarding a UN Security Council session.

This comes after Russia's UN mission once again requested that the UN Security Council meets to discuss the NATO aggression against Yugoslavia (at that time, Serbia and Montenegro, committed in 1999), and that the meeting should be held on March 28, TASS said.

The news agency reported this citing the first deputy permanent representative of the Russian Federation to the UN, Dmitry Polyansky.

Previously, on the anniversary of the start of NATO's attacks against Serbia - March 24 - the UN Security Council session did not address it, regardless of a request to do so - because of reported "procedural reasons."

At that time, out of the 15 UNSC members, Russia, China, and Algeria supported the request.
