Serbian Interior Minister Dacic meets with Russian Ambassador Botsan-Kharchenko

Serbian Interior Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Ivica Dacic met today in Belgrade with Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Serbia Aleksandr Botsan-Kharchenko.

They discussed bilateral cooperation in the field of interior affairs.

Minister Dacic stressed that the two countries nurture a strategic partnership based on sincere friendship and thanked the ambassador for the firm and consistent support Russia provides to protecting the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Serbia.

The interlocutors concluded that it is important for the two countries to continue cooperation in all areas of common interest, such as the fight against organized and all other types of crime, terrorism, drug smuggling and money laundering, but also regarding emergency situations.
