World-famous actor and master of martial arts Jackie Chan has become an EXPO 2027 ambassador. The specialized exhibition will be held in Belgrade.

This will be the first time that such an event is organized in the Western Balkans.

Jackie Chan was previously an ambassador for EXPO 2010 in Shanghai, and will now reprise that role with EXPO 2027, which is the reason he traveled to Belgrade where he was today received by President Vucic.

The Hollywood actor believes that in 2027, Belgrade will be the "meeting place between the East and the West."

"The rhythm in martial arts is like music, and storytelling in music is like a movie. It all together carries the spirit of culture," Chen said, according to the Serbian press.

He also spoke with the president.

In a post on Instagram, Vucic stated that he is convinced that Jackie Chan, as a promoter of EXPO 2027, will provide strong support in presenting the event that will place our country at the center of global attention and bring the spirit of play that EXPO promotes in Serbia closer to the world.
