Belgrade looks unrecognizable this morning because of heavy snowfall overnight. There is now a lot of it on the ground, both on the roads and sidewalks - and it has been a while since the Serbian capital had this amount of snow.

The fact that several city bus lines will change their routes speaks to the current sutuation and how much of a problem this snowfall has created.

For example, line 65 now runs on a shortened route to Omladinski Stadijum.

Lines 17 and 31 are also shorter, running to Dusanovac, while line 21 is extended to Medakovic III.

Authorities are urging participants in traffic to follow current information and be patient until utility crews clear the roads.

Until then, citizens must remain alert, but perhaps also enjoy as much as they can the sights that have not been seen in the capital for a while.

Because of the situation, many people have had problems getting to work this morning, but according to information coming from competent services, for now the biggest changes concern the city transportation lines already mentioned, while traffic in the rest of the capital seems to be functioning without major disruptions.
