Serbia launches platform allowing citizens to anonymously report corruption among public servants
President of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic announced earlier the launch of the "Ko si bre ti" (Serbian for, "Who the hell are you") portal, and today that platform was officially launched.
By clicking on this link or visiting www.kosibreti.rs, citizens can start using the site, which states to guarantee the anonymity of everyone who wants to report a problem.
Citizens can report corruption, and other types of abuses and irregularities that affect the public interest, and according to the announced concept, it should provide a high level of protection of the identity of the citizens who submit reports.
A report can be submitted without registration or sharing any personal data. Those behind the platform state that there is no tracking of users and no collection of IP address or personal data.
Thanks to the encrypted architecture, the system ensures the maximum level of anonymity, confidentiality and technical protection, which is why it is one of the safest solutions available for reporting corruption, abuses and other irregularities carried out by public servants in Serbia.
"Ko si bre ti" is built using the GlobaLeaks platform, a globally recognized solution used by the most sensitive institutional and anti-corruption systems across Europe.
