BiH expels Serbian diplomats! "They have 48 hours to leave"

Minister of Foreign Affairs in the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, BiH, Elmedin Konakovic says he decided to expel two members of the staff of the Serbian embassy in Sarajevo.

"Today, I made the decision to declare Milan Dulanovic, the military attaché at the Embassy of Serbia, and Darko Maksimovic, advisor to the BIA representative at the Embassy of Serbia, personae non gratae. They have 48 hours to leave Bosnia and Herzegovina," Konakovic told a press conference.

Konakovic said that he made the decision in line with a rulebook on declaring such persons, which was adopted by the BiH Presidency in 2004.

Yesterday, Konakovic announced the withdrawal of almost the entire staff of the BiH Embassy in Belgrade and downgrading relations with Serbia to "the lowest possible level".

Konakovic made such a decision because the ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Belgrade attended the funeral of General Ratko Mladic.
