Djuric: We must never allow terrorism or hatred to prevail

Outgoing Minister of Foreign Affairs of Serbia Marko Djuric shared his views on the anniversary of the attack on the Nova music festival.

"Three years later, I still think of the innocent civilians murdered and abducted in Hamas’s terrorist attack on October 7 - families in their homes, young people at the Nova music festival, and children whose lives were changed forever. It was an attack on Israel, but also on Jewish people everywhere. Serbia stood with Israel from the first moments. As a Serbian, a father, and the grandson of an Auschwitz survivor, I feel this pain deeply," Djuric wrote in a post on X.

"May their memory be a blessing. We must never allow terrorism or hatred to prevail," he concluded.
