Summer-like weather continues, and temperatures across Serbia and in Belgrade reached 28 degrees Celsius yesterday. It will be even warmer today, with the highs up to 30 degrees.

At this time, a strong cloud system is forming over the central parts of the Mediterranean, bringing in heavy showers and strong thunderstorms.

This cloudy and rainy system is moving to the east and already on Friday it will cover the Adriatic area, bringing more clouds to Serbia.

Later in the evening, the northwest and southwest, during the night and on Friday other parts of Serbia will be overcast, with rain coming in from the west and the Adriatic.

The southwesterly wind will increase in strength, so it will still be quite warm.

Maximum temperatures on Friday will range from 22 degrees in Backa in the north to 28 degrees in the southeast and east of Serbia.

Heavier precipitation is expected in the south and southwest of Serbia with more than 30 liters of rain per square meter.

It will remain dry in northern Serbia.

It will get colder during the weekend, with the temperatures gradually dropping further with the penetration of a colder air mass from the north, so they will be below 20 degrees.
