The accident occurred this morning around 4:10 am.
A spokeswoman from the ambulance Nada Macura said that according to current data, 15 to 20 patients were severely injured.
On the bus, returning from Greece, there were 86 passengers who were returning from vacation in Polichrono, said a spokesman for the ambulance.
As reported by RTS, among the injured are young children, but it is mostly word of minor injuries.
Belgrade Emergency has sent out 16 teams of which 12 are for adult, one pediatric and three conveyor, said Macura.
In the rescuing of passengers, Emergency Service Grocka participated, which transported eight patients, ambulance Vrcin which transported nine, and the Belgrade Emergency team help transport 44 injured patients, said Macura.
A total of 61 people were transported in three clinical centers - MMA, Clinical Hospital Center Zemun and Emergency Center, said a spokesman for the ambulance.
According to RTS, the accident happened at "Transped" on the highway Belgrade - Nis, and one person died, according to current data, one woman.
On the bus were entire families and many young children.
In the field were seven fire-fighting teams. The accident occurred when the bus broke through a metal shoulder and flew off the road.
A great impasse originated in traffic in the direction of the city center and on-site, there is a car "Parking service" that is trying to remove the bus,
