On Wednesday morning, an armed group in the village of Lazarat shot at the police when a police officer was killed and two others were wounded.

On Wednesday night, the police in this country appointed more than 400 members of the special forces and local police RENEA to the village Lazarat with the intent to apprehend the suspects of the police shooting.
We remind you, the village of Lazarat near Ðirokastre is known as the "factory for the production of marijuana."
On Wednesday afternoon, special units of RENEA launched an attack on the village and surrounded Lazarat putting it under siege.
