However, this story got a new twist when it turned out that the actual father is her underage brother Z.Đ - "Nezavisne" news agency reported from the source close to the court.

This case that shocked the region got some kind of a closure in the City Court in Derventa where the brother was convicted and sent to underage prison.

However, this court did not want to state the verdict, claiming that until the verdict is official, no information can be brought to the public.

On the other hand, her father and brother are also facing charges for rape but before the Court in the town of Doboj where the main hearing took place.

The girl first reported her father, who was thought of being the father of the girl's child, and the brothers were arrested later on.

This, along with the paternity test can prove that she was a victim of sexual abuse by the three members of her household who have been raping her for a longer period of time, so it was unknown who actually fathered the child.

The girl delivered the child by the Cesarean on October 20, 2015, in the city of Banjaluka, and she got married one month before in a nearby village.

In November 2015, her father-in-law accompanied her to the Social Center where she informed the authorities that her own father was the man responsible for the child she had delivered.

She kept quiet because he threatened to kill them all.

Until then, the official story was that she got pregnant with an elderly man whom she had been seeing after school.

Her father was arrested right away, G.Đ. was arrested one month afterwards, and it was unknown that Z.Đ. was also arrested.

The girl was transferred to a safe house in November, where she has been staying since, along with her child.

- We regularly check up on her. She is taking everything rather well. We will continue monitoring the case and help as much as possible - said Samira Fejza, the manager of the Center.
