Balaban had similar situations on other faculties before, and now the students have accused him of harassment and inappropriate messages.

He took our phone numbers from our documents and he sent us all kinds of messages. He was rude because when we applied for exams he gave the impression as if he was hitting on us, it is a man who can be my father. He asked one of the colleagues to kiss him so she can apply for the exam. One girl complained to professors, and later to the deen - said one of the students, writes "Avaz".

She added that the students printed all the messages sent by Balaban to them and handed them to the Dean. They hope that this will be sufficient proof and that someone will do something.

Accusations are very strong, said the workers on this faculty. Some of the students said that Balaban didn't stop on messages and kisses, but he tried to do "something more serious".

According to the first information, students intended to report Balaban to the police, but they gave up because someone allegedly pressured them.

There were charges about him before, and we publicly warned him and emphasized that the next violation would get him fired. We are gathering evidence for the procedure for disciplinary committee. It is obvious that he will be fired for everything he has done - said the Dean of the Faculty of Technology Ljiljana Vukic.

- It is obvious that a man causes problems, he was given to the faculty by University. Balaban is currently not working, he just left a note on sick leave. It is necessary to stop this kind of behavior. I won't let him return to this facility - said Vukic
