In her first address to the press, Cvijanovic stated that the difference is 28.000 votes in her favor, after 74 percent of the counted votes.

So, as stated by the agency, she won 226.777 votes, while Govedarica won 198.299 votes, in the elections which were held yesterday.

- That difference is now clearly visible and unreachable - Cvijanovic said, adding that the Alliance of Independent Social Democrats works for strong Republika Srpska, reports RTRS.

SNSD spokesman Radovan Kovacevic said it was "completely clear" that Zeljka Cvijanovic was the future president of the RS.
