Everything happened on a city street in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Police officer stopped an unidentified man, and after a "pleasant talk" with him, the officer let the man go.

The said man tried to run away, but only managed to make a complete circle and come to the starting point.

The man fell on the pavement, and in that moment, the police car went away.

Unknown man managed somehow to stand up and walk from the "scene".
