The investigators suspect that she killed three of her grandchildren which her daughter bore from relations with three different men.
According to the Press news agency, those men were also arrested.
All suspects were today brought into custody of the Regional prosecution office in the city of Doboj and the relevant details are still under investigation.
According to the unofficial information, the woman is the mother of five.
