- We started on 9th and crossed 170 kilometers in three days, to come under the Ostrog on 11 May. The first night we arrived in Gacko and then slept in the rectory, and we spent the second night in Goliji where we slept on the ground - says Milan, one of the two guides.

Four people from Visegrad joined us on our journey.

- We got to Ostrog on the third night and we slept on the grass. Even though we had wounds, blisters, everything was hurting, we were tortured by rain and sun, everything was gone when we arrived - explained the guide Ognjen.

We were followed by two vans along the way if there is need to help anyone, or if they need anything.

- The journey was difficult but worth of every kilometers - said the both of them, now officially the guides of the largest organized pilgrimage.

Their arrival to Ostrog was accompanied by huge applause and admiration of the people who were there.
