Customs Administration establishes regional e-database of binding information

This facilitates planning of business ventures

In addition to the national, the Customs Administration website also provides a regional electronic database of binding information about classification of goods, thanks to which businessmen can be informed in advance about regulations applicable to goods traded in the CEFTA area.

Participants in the customs procedure who obtain a binding information are guaranteed to be able to exercise their rights under the conditions specified in it.

You can find the database by clicking on this link and this way access over 1,000 national and regional binding information, enabling businessmen to plan their business ventures with greater certainty.

This database, similar in structure and functionality to the database used by EU member states, enables faster harmonization of tariff classification of goods at the regional level.

In order to meet the economy and the parties involved, the Customs Administration, in cooperation with the German Agency for International Cooperation, has created a national and regional database of valid binding information, which contributes to safety and greater degree of predictability of the business environment.
