Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum can often be seen on the streets of Dubai. He is very open and welcoming. Yesterday, a fellow citizen asked for a photo while he was running some "small purchases" at the gas pump, which the ruler of Dubai welcomed.
