Slovenia could be the state where the first meeting of newly elected president Donald Trump and Russian president Vladimir Putin could take place, with the initiative of American or Russian side, said in the conversation for American news agency, Slovenian PM Miro Cerar.

- If USA or Russia showed initiative, Slovenia could became the bridge between two super powers - said Cerar and said that his country in the past showed that it is capable of organizing those kinds of meetings, because Vladimir Putin and George W. Bush met there at the beginning of the first mandate of the former US president.
Cerar said he talked on the phone last week with Trump and his wife Melania, and that she mentioned this magnificent idea, but they did not reach any specific conclusion.
