Namely, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said last week that he personally, in a phone conversation, repeated to Haradinaj that the transformation of the KSF into the army came at a wrong time, that it was contrary to the recommendations of NATO members and could have consequences for Kosovo.
But so-called Kosovo has US support for forming an army, and the flags placed on the streets of Pristina somehow prove that.

The session of the parliament where the propositions should be adopted on the transformation of KSF is scheduled for Friday.
