Vucic responded to the situation in Banja Luka: Serbia is monitoring the events, it is a notorious lie that we sent the police

Do you want from us to set up an Iron curtain on the Drina, just like Milosevic did to Karadzic - he said

President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic said today that it is a notorious lie that Serbia sent the police to arrest Davor Dragicevic, and he said that Serbia is monitoring the events in Banja Luka, but we have no intentions of interfering with the inner affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) and Republika Srpska (RS).

Davor was arrested in a car, and Suzana in the street while she was clutching a picture of her dead son: Two scenes that set fire to Banja Luka (VIDEO)

- No one asked that from us, we are not interfering with the inner affairs of other countries or entities. We are not interfering with affairs of BiH, and even less in the affairs of RS within BiH - said Vucic in the statement to the reporters o the question about media claims that Serbian special forces were in Banja Luka during the protest.

He said that Serbia monitors the events in Banja Luka and we want everything to end up quietly, and he believes that the authorities in RS have the same desires.

- Everything besides that would be a brutal interfering into the things we shouldn't interfere. We saw that some of the politicians from here are interfering. I would like to ask them "Would you like someone to do that to our country? Do you want us to place an iron curtain on the Drina, just like Milosevic did to Karadzic?" - he said.

To place sanctions and to set new borders on the Drina? That's not going to happen - Vucic said.

He said that the insolence and carelessness of some politicians in our country, whose only goal is to steal money, who deceive the public wherever they have the opportunity, can not be stopped.

- A lie is a lie, even if I addressed you 7 times, I still wouldn't have enough time to answer the half of the lies. I guess those are the times now - Vucic noted.

He said that the former French president Nicolas Sarkozy recently asked him in Abi Dabi if he thinks that there is a leader anywhere in Western Europe and the world, because that man has only one profile, its body, voice, brain, and many, even in Serbia, said Vucic, think that they are smarter and that they know everything better, so they have up to 20 or 30 profiles, both fake and real.

- How do you think to win this battle? It is up to me to say to citizens to check every information they hear three or four times - said Vucic adding that he wonders how can someone think of this.

When asked, if the situation was the same in Serbia as it is in Banja Luka, would the police behave in the same way, Vucic said that it would be unfair to answer in that way.

- I've seen pictures from France at the time of these protests and I can only imagine how it would look like, and I can't stand anyone committing a crime, and it is different behavior to those who did violence and to those who suffered violence - Vucic said.

- It is unthinkable for me. We don't have police reactions to protests, or on regarding anything else. It is terrible to speak about parents who lost their child. I would be very careful and I would talk to them, And I am trying to do the same thing regarding everything - stated Vucic.

So the state will, as he said, do everything to find out who are the people who ordered the attacks on journalists in Serbia and to solve those cases.

Vucic spoke about the fire in the house of a journalist on Vrcin and said that the state is close to arresting the perpetrators.

He said that Serbia is a legal state and that is how it functions, whether someone likes it or not.

He said that it is very important to respect the Justice system in Serbia, that he doesn't like the hypocrisy of the international community, for example, someone can go to work where he likes it, from Montenegro to Macedonia.

- Stand by your principles, all principles are the same with me - Vucic said.

He noticed that the certain journalists gave themselves the right to qualify the criminal acts and to be the judges.

Vucic said that it is the job of the competent state authorities and that he believes in an independent judiciary, despite the fact that Djilas, Tadic, and other appointed all current judges and that they failed to reform the Judiciary.

- The perpetrators will be caught, and the authorities should still do their job. Some are grieving that the perpetrators are caught, and they wanted to attack the government and me - Vucic said.

I AM PREPARED TO TALK WITH CITIZENS, AND NOT WITH THIEVES

Vucic said today that he is ready to talk with ordinary citizens who are displeased, and not to those who stole from this country and are now organizing protests.

- I am listening to what people have to say and I am ready to answer, but I won't talk with the thieves who stole from this country when they were in power and they stole 500 million euros - said Vucic, responding to the questions of journalists whether he is ready to talk with the participants of the protests.

He stated that our economy is 10 times better than in their time and that is why they can only create the atmosphere of lynching with the aim to get back in power so they can steal a bit more.

Vucic said that the people will always listen but not to those who damaged their state.

The president said that because of those thefts we now don't have ramps on all crossings, and instead of the ramps, they are placing optical cables to help Djilas and Solak.

- I will always listen to people, but that doesn't mean that I will agree with everything - Vucic said.

He said that people understood the difficult measures, not because of arrogance and recklessness, but in order for the people to live better.

- That shows the will of the people on the elections and I am more than happy with such a high level of support. Thanks to the citizens - Vucic said.

WHAT DEMONSTRATION EXERCISE?

What demonstration exercise, what are the "threats" of those who got 13 percent of votes, or four and a half time less than me, asked Vucic, commenting, on the question of a journalist, a tweet of a leader of Alliance for Serbia to what is happening in Banja Luka is actually a "demonstration practice for Vucic in Belgrade".

- Those leaders that you are talking about, 20 of them, have 13 percent of votes - said Vucic, discarding any kinds of parallels and "fears" of the opposition politicians that they will be arrested because they pose a threat for the government.

- To be arrested because they are a danger for someone? Come on people, don't get ahead of your selves... You will destroy someone who has 4.5 times more than you? Stop dreaming, wake up from those dreams - Vucic said.

He said that people are arrested in Serbia for Criminal acts, and if the leaders of the opposition think of killing someone, wounding, stealing - then they will be arrested.

- Imagine, some demonstration exercise for me? They didn't even ask me what do I think, nor the way I think, they know that... The martyrs don't know what to say. You've seen their requests - give us 5 minutes in the news time. Who, what, who are you, who do you represent? Where did you go for elections? When they get the opportunity to show themselves, they escape the show - Vucic said referring to Zoran Lutovac, the president of Democratic Party who left the studio of Radio Television of Serbia last night.

He said that the state reacts very responsibly to their direct calls for conducting a coup...

- When Bosko Obradovic called for the arrest of the President, that is the textbook example that you learn at the faculty of Law, when they call for the taking down of government on the streets... How do you think to take down the government, under what law, under what constitution? And, as you can see, we are quiet about that - Vucic said.

He said that if someone doesn't have the support of the people, they can't get to the power just because they are very loud, and because they have some abroad help, as they said themselves.

- That won't happen here. His dreams to compare someone with Milosevic are missing the stories from 95, 96 because they were kids back then, so they are missing that part. Come on, you are living at the time where you live, live in reality. Return to life and see at the future, or make something that is called politics, and then go out to the elections and win - said Vucic.
