A reckless driver hit the ramp on a railroad crossing and continued forward: A few seconds later a van comes and the train rushes by! (VIDEO)

On a Christmas Eve, January 6th, on a railway crossing at Stofara in Paracin, a tragedy has been avoided which was almost caused by a reckless driver. At the moment when a ramp went down, he hit it and continued to drive on.

He didn't care that someone might drive on the same road, that he doesn't see the ramp on the ground and to go over the crossing at the moment when a train is passing by.

The driver hit the ramp just a few weeks after the tragedy that happened on a railway crossing near Nis, which shook up Serbia. After this accident, there is an appeal once again that a proper signalization is placed on the ramps, which works correctly. However, the driver who left the railroad crossing without the ramp didn't inform the authorities that the crossing was left unprotected. He just continued driving forward.

This situation was particularly dangerous because everything happened at night when the visibility is low.

It was confirmed from the Infrastructure of the Serbian Railways that the ramp was hit.

The video also shows that the ramp was lowered just a minute before the train passed on the railroad.
