Milos K. (23) Milos J. (24) and Alen N. (39) have been questioned at the the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade, on suspicion that they stole, using force, 100,000 euros from D.J.

Suspect Alan N. presented his defense in detail, while Milos J. denied committing the crime. Milos K., a police officer, decided to remain silent during the questioning, that is, he used his legal right not to present a defense.

As Telegraf.rs has learned, Marko K. is a member of the Gendarmerie, Alen works as a deliveryman, and Milos is a student.

After the questioning, the prosecution proposed to the judge for preliminary proceedings that the suspects Milos J. and Marko K. be kept in custody so that they would not influence the witnesses and to prevent them from repeating the criminal offense in a short period of time, while Alan N.'s detention was lifted and he will be free pending the outcome of the proceedings.

They are charged with the criminal offense of robbery, while Alan N. is also charged with the criminal offense of aiding and abetting robbery.

It is suspected that Marko K. and Milos J., acting on instructions they received from Alan N., on October 10, around 11 am waited for the victim to enter the building where he lives in New Belgrade, when they both approached him and first incapacitated him by using pepper spray on his eyes and face, to then grabbed a bag from his hands, that contained money in the amount of 100,000 euros.

The suspects then started running away, and the victim tried to stop one of them by pulling him by his tracksuit, but the assailant punched him in the head, after which both suspects fled towards the place where Alan N. was waiting for them in a Chrysler. After they left, they divided the money among themselves, and a part of it was found and confiscated from Alan N.

The victim was carrying the cash that they stole from him in a paper bag, having obtained it from a Chinese citizen.
