Did this man try to burglarize an apartment? Disturbing video taken in Belgrade surfaces on Instagram

How would you feel if you saw this scene on your security camera, taken in the dead of night in front of your front door - a suspicious guy walks up to the door, tries to open it, and then goes to the floor above.

It is not clear whether he tried to break into the apartment or if something else was happening, but this behavior certainly disturbed the residents.

"In the night between May 14 and 15, between midnight and one o'clock, the person from the video tried to burglarize (my) apartment in Vodovodska Street in Zarkovo (Belgrade neighborhood). If you recognize the person from the video, please contact me. Certainly, the video has been forwarded to the police. Thank you in advance," a user named Nevena posted on the Serbia Live Beograd (Belgrade) Instagram page.
