Movement of Socialists reacts to arrest of Igor Popovic in Kosovo by asking Serbian state to respond strongly

The Movement of Socialists (Pokret Socijalista), whose founder is Aleksandar Vulin, has reacted to the the arrest of Igor Popovic, assistant director om the Office for Kosovo and Metohija.
"The Movement of Socialists is asking the state of Serbia to respond to the arrests of Serbs, to the rigged trials for fabricated war crimes, and especially to the arrest of the assistant director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija, Igor Popovic.
(Albin) Kurti and Albanians respect the state only if they perceive force. We will not avoid a war in Kosovo and Metohija by giving in, because the Albanians will understand any concession as weakness and an opportunity to drive out the Serbs, and then we will reach the point of no return.
The Movement of Socialists instead wants the Government of Serbia to arrest Pristina's liaison officer in Belgrade. and to close all administrative line crossings between Kosovo and Metohija and central Serbia to all those who do not have Serbian documents.
The duration of these measures should depend on the cessation of the terror that is being perpetrated against Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija. The color revolution has weakened the state of Serbia, but it did not destroy it to the degree that we are unable to protect our own people," the party's statement concluded.
