President Vucic offers condolences to families of those who died in Hong Kong fire
President of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic has offered his condolences to the families of those who died in the fire in Hong Kong, as well as to the leadership and citizens of the People's Republic of China.
"I received the news about the serious tragedy that struck Hong Kong and claimed many lives with deep sadness. On my own behalf and on behalf of the citizens of the Republic of Serbia, I extend my most sincere condolences to the families of the victims of the terrible fire, as well as to the leadership and citizens of the People's Republic of China, and I wish a speedy recovery to those injured," Vucic stated in a post on X.
The number of fatalities in the fire that broke out in a residential block in Hong Kong has risen to 55 this morning, while around 280 people are listed as missing, local officials said.
