TERRIBLE ACCIDENT IN SIMANOVCI: 1person killed, another in serious condition, car smashed beyond recognition

A serious traffic accident took place today in Simanovci resulting in the death of one person, while another was urgently transported to Belgrade with serious injuries.

According to the Instagram account 192_rs, the accident occurred under circumstances that are still unclear, while the scene was disturbing.

One vehicle was completely crushed and destroyed beyond recognition by the force of the impact, while the other car flipped onto its roof. Pieces of plastic, glass and metal are scattered tens of meters across the road, which testifies to how violent the collision was.

The doctors at the scene pronounced one person dead, while the second participant in the accident sustained serious injuries and was rushed to a hospital in Belgrade, where the doctors are fighting to save him.

Police patrols immediately secured the scene of the tragedy. Traffic on this section was stopped and diverted, as the investigation is ongoing.
