Montenegrins changed working hours: Many people in Serbia would want this to happen here

In Montenegro, more than 300 officials of the Ministry of Internal affairs opted for different working hours, on the grounds that it would affect the performance and preservation of the family. 

Serbs, Croats, Bosnians and Montenegrins should have a common language: 200 experts signed a declaration

The Government of Montenegro passed a final decision on new working hours for state administration (ministries, departments, directorates), and now employees of these institutions will work from 7 am to 15 pm. 

Government institutions have so far worked from 9 am to 17 pm, and the applying of the new decision will begin on the transition to daylight saving time, ie from 26 March.

The initiative to change the working hours started three years ago, by former Minister of Internal affairs Rasko Konjevic. 

Most of the employees in the state administration supports the initiative to change to different working hours.

Ministry proposed the possibility to change the working hours from 8 am to 16 pm. 

Now, the proposal to amend Regulation was submitted by the competent Ministry of Public Administration.
