An additional problem, which is in question here, is insufficient and uneven representation of women in the IT industry. Although occupying more than half of the total number of highly qualified jobs, women in technology make up only 24% of employees. It is necessary to change this, and there I see a chance for a well-devised strategy and planned work.

In the world there are already organizations that are actively engaged in promoting greater representation of the fairer sex in the IT industry, and in motivating and educating girls of school age. The most famous "Women in Technology" , which became a kind of generic term for any type of organized help for ladies whose careers are related to IT.

There is a movement, "girls who are programming" (Girls Who Code), which provides inspiration and a means to engage girls in talent development related to technology.
