All the necessary information can be found in this blog is brought to you in its entirety:

Dubai and the United Arab Emirates in general provide a lot of options. This is without any doubt and we personally make sure that it is really so. There are jobs, but due to the fall in oil prices in the region there is a feel of tendency of savings. However, far from being concerned million, even though, objectively speaking, the UAE mainly live better than in the Balkans.

How to look for and how to find a job in Dubai or the Emirates?

There is no unambiguous answer. It depends on what kind of job you are looking for, what kind of education you have and what you experience so far. Of course, there are certain universal prerequisites, namely:

- Knowledge of English language

- Decency and civility in communication

- Willingness to accepting different culture and traditional value systems

- Resistance to high temperatures

- Willingness to work seriously, without calculation or slacking.

If these prerequisites are met, we go to a little more explanation:

The best and most effective method for getting a job in UAE - recommendations. If there is someone who is familiar with your work so far, in a good position and ready to recommend you to the right place, you increase your chances to get even a job interview. Furthermore, it is all in your hands.

Most people, however, do not have this, and I will focus on other channels of job search:

Experienced and educated people, who aspire to positions of managers, professors, managers have the broadest base of operations on LinkedIn and on the website indeed.ae, although there are other sites that provide a lot of information. Normally, it is understood that you Linkdin profile is up to date, polite and tidy in good English (perfect English here required element for any stronger position), because a large number of employers, whatever you sign up, check your profile on that network. Also, large corporations, such as Etihad, Mubadala, Emirates ... have their own talent base, and it is worth checking periodically and their "career" section of the site. Sometimes directly sending biography to HR department can bear fruit.

Airlines relatively frequently organize casting for flight attendants, while state entities, such as the army and police, often look for instructors and trainers (usually Faculty of Sport and Physical Education-members). I can see that through the casting and looking for fitness instructors, security guards and some occupations, and these opportunities should be monitored in Serbia. From these salaries is difficult to live great, but it can survive and survive, with gaining experience.

If you, however, aspire to jobs in the service sector (cooks, waiters, receptionists, etc.), there are several possibilities: effectively the job on the spot, but in practice it turned out that the recruitment agencies that work can help. Keep in mind that salaries in this sector are not high and is usually measured in the hundreds of euros, and that life in Dubai many times more expensive than life in Serbia. I have to mention: I know that the situation in Serbia is difficult and many people want at all costs to go. If you decide on a career in catering, security, hospitality, forget all the stories of quick earnings and the high life. Pictures on Facebook and Instagram are far from reality. A lot of work, a pension is usually shared with a few people, usually with van transportation to work and back.

For doctors, dentists, nurses you  need a special license. Each emirate for themselves issue the license, or a license obtained for Dubai can be transferred to another emirate, and vice versa. Read more about it here, but the link is there still the guidelines for the required exams, documentation, procedures... Doctors and dentists are earning quite decent and are in demand. It is interesting that pharmacists in pharmacies, mainly from other Asian countries often work for salaries that are in the range 1,500-2,000 euros per month. If you bear in mind that hiring a studio costs at least 1,000 euros per month, it is clear that salary is not too representative, even though it sounds impressive compared to Serbian conditions.

Engineers are in demand, and highly payed. The construction industry is highly developed and there are many opportunities for engineers (civil engineers, electrical, machine workers) and architects. Do not even think, however, that come as an ordinary construction workers: these people here earn only a few hundred euros, and live mostly in camps. I certainly would not recommend the venture.

For developers, graphic designers, etc. there is a job and is also worth to track positions posted on LinkedIn and Indeed in, or write directly to companies that are in these spheres.

Coming to Emirates to drive a van / bus / truck or taxi driver - forget it. Salaries are low, a driving test must be taken again, with at least 20 hours for the B category. The cost of laying driving the 5000-6000 Durhams (1.100  - 1.500 Euro), assuming that you pass in the first place.
