We do not know the name of a boy who is 13 years old and who has decided to get a tattoo on his hand. It is a temporary tattoo, which allegedly, shouldn't leave any consequences, but the photo ensures us otherwise.
According to the "Podgorica Vremeplov", doctors said that the scar will be permanent. His hand was literally burnt and the boy is now recovering...
