Ivana Spanovic has won the gold medal at the World Athletic Indoor Championship in Birmingham, with the jump of 6.96 meters. This was one of the medals that were missing (she already has silver and bronze).

Upon arrival in Belgrade, Ivan was given a solemn reception in the athletic hall in Banjica, but that wasn't the end of surprises.
The president of AFS Veselin Jevrosimovic prepared a special surprise for the golden athlete, and he gave it to her at the reception, a reward of 20.000 euros.
- You know that Ivana and her coach consciously gave up the rewards and bonuses for winning the meetings in Karlsruhe, Duisburg, and Glasgow.
- Ivana and Goran told me in one English Pab, they decided to stop the competition in the third series in Glasgow, because the gold medal and the national anthem "Boze Pravde" are more valuable than any award.
- Company Comtrade decided to reward Ivana with 20.000 euros and her coach Goran with 10.000 euros because they brought gold. Thank you so much - Jevrosimovic said.
