Zapadna Morava river is accumulated in the Ovčar-Kablar lake, then it is transported via tunnel to the dam, only to be transported afterwards to the Međuvršje lake.

Before the city of Čačak, there is another lake and another dam.

There are weekend-houses, boats, taverns, and also a foot-bridge near the dam and the lake.

If the dam breaks, all of this would be under water.
