Alliance for New Kosovo leader Behgjet Pacolli says that he used his personal funds for lobbying in order to secure recognitions of Kosovo.
"While I was in opposition, I secured 43 recognitions with my own funds and would do so many times over," Pacolli told a rally in Gjilane, RTK reports.
