In the park, near the stands on Kalemegdan, today around 11:30, a souvenir trader found a wallet full with money and returned it to the owner!
Policeman Biscevic returned the lost bag with in it 3.500 euros to Italian man!
There were around 300 euros in the wallet in total.
- There were bills of different currencies and values. From 100 dollars, 100 euros and few hundred dinars. Also there were the owner papers. I gave everything to the security without thinking and they called for the owner. It is someone from Serbia, it is not some foreigner - said M.S. who did not receive any reward, but he did not expect any.
This honest discoverer humbly said that his is not the first time he did a good deed, something similar happened to him seven years ago.
- It is not the first time i found wallets. I am honest, what can i do about it. Temptation was not strong, if it had 100.000 euros, i might think about it - joked this salesman.
