The stories about young and successful young people are, unfortunately, still rare, and that is why the story about this co owner of the factory employing more than 100 people became hit on the internet.

This is a story about a 22 year old womanwho did not drift away the road the starlets take, silicone gold diggers and numerous singer stars. She took the harder road, writes the portal Jelah.info the story about Vasva Halilovic under the name "She is 22, 49 kilos, black belt and a 100 people factory", reports radiosarajevo.ba.

- First of the things that will draw your attention is the scene when miss Halilovic enters her Audi A5 - cabriolet. Some uninformed people would think that some tycoon bought this "toy" for her little daughter who doesn't have her driver's license because she is underage - said the portal, and the the 22 year old responses:

- When in the "countries in transition" like Bosnia and Herzegovinayou want to say bad things for a man that succeeded in his business and then call him tycoon. According to the dictionary, "tycoon" is actually a compliment, because it's meaning marks a rich and powerful business man, industrialist, magnate. Nothing offensively. In our region "tycoon" is never a neutral word what is usually is, and it received pejorative meaning - almost like a criminal.

My father Ahmo is no new tycoon. He went a long way from being a taxi driver to industrialist (If not pretentious to call a man who at the factory employs 100 people the industrialist). He had the guts to leave safe state job and start a private business as a young man 40 years ago. He worked as a taxi driver at first, later on we had a small cafe shop, then trucks and we did transport services. My father fell down multiple times, but he always stood up. Now when the whole family is on their feet, there is no more falling down. We have always been in some private business, so everything did not come over night - said the girl.

Today she is a member of the board of the family company, and is about to graduate from the University SSST.

Vasva is a war child. She came into the world in 1994, just a year after her father lost everything. Even the truck that was given to the defense of the country had to be decommissioned.

This girl said that the memories are engraved in her head, pictures from the wartime childhood. And those pictures weren't pink. Now emotions spark from her eyes whenever she talks about her father, who tried to make something out of nothing, for how many times now. Fear from failure was again present.

- Dad took me with him to sell second hand goods. I lived to tell the rise from the dead. Slowly and hardly, but surely, we were back on our feet. While my friends started going out in the eight grade, i worked on my craft with my father. We went around the markets, with Golf 2. First time, i went out in the last year of high school, and i had to be home by 20:30. Do you think i can be behave arrogantly after all that? I have scars, and they created empathy in me today, and a great one. So, we have a company of 100 people - those are people from flesh and blood. They have families, credits and mortgages. It is a great responsibility."

With business success, this fragile girl has a black belt:

- I started when i was 9 years old. I have a black belt and i took the exam to be a trainer. I am the first woman in Tesnje that started training kick-boxing. I am the owner of most medals, i was a state champion, and i won the Balkan championship. I am the most proud of this: i was always fighting in the 50 kilos category, but when i knocked out an opponent with 10 more kilos on the state championship in Ilijas, they put me into the higher category. From senior cadets into juniors. It was unprecedented the case - said Vasva.

And at that moment - when she got the call from the state national team, this top athlete fell down from a motorbike. She made a quick recovery, but she was in the second grade of high school. At that time, her father's business developed considerably. Vasva leaves sport and starts to assist her father.

I would return to karate and kick-boxing, but i can't because of my obligations - she said sadly and continues: - I keep myself in good shape! Martial arts is like driving a bicycle: once you learn it - you never forget it.

Vasva is also passionate fan of the Sarajevo Zelja and she donated few chairs for the grandstand on the Grbavica stadium.

As written by the Avaz.ba portal: - She has one boyfriend and three that are waiting for her. This little girl from neighborhood does not drink, does not smoke, and is not a member of the ruling party. She goes to the mosque on Ramadan and she fasts for 30 days. Her neighbors say that she grew up in cosmopolitan, and not in nationalistic family - little woman with a great W.
