A hilarious video appeared on Instagram page Safety First of a driver with Zagreb license plates who is running after his car.

The incident occurred at St. Ivan Zelina a few years ago, and the video found it's way to the famous page Safety First.

- Driver's license may not necessarily turn on the brain to work.
