The construction of the first tower is completed and the first tenants will begin moving in
BW Residences, the first residential building in "Belgrade Waterfront" has been completed. So far, we have been able to observe it from the outside only, following its growth, and today we have the opportunity to look behind the walls of this project and see what do apartments look like in one of the most luxurious buildings in the capital.
The construction of the first tower is completed and the first tenants will begin moving in.
This is the first part of the project that will ultimately cover a million square meters, with 6,000 apartments, with 14,000 people living in it, while 12,000 people will work in that part of the city.
The last preparations are ongoing before the residents start moving in.
This building has twenty floors and 296 apartments - from two to five bedrooms. Each apartment has a terrace and huge windows giving them a magnificent view of the river.
The building has a spacious underground garage where there will be a special storage room for bicycles.
The tenants will also have at their disposal swimming pools, gym, children's playroom, as well as help at any time for calling a taxi, renting cars, buying tickets for the plane, organizing departures to the spa, pet care.
The tenants will not get bare walls, because the apartments are equipped with many things - from cabinets in the bathroom to the kitchen elements and wardrobes.
The promenade will be especially significant for the future tenants, they will be able to walk there, have some recreation and enjoy, just like the residents of numerous European and world cities.
