Strahinja Pjecvevic from Kikinda managed to record the surreal photos over Banat. As he said, the clouds looked like a tornado.
- It was calm, and then we saw unusual clouds from Torda which were approaching. It all looked like a scene from a movie, we have never seen clouds like that, they were changing each other - said Strahinja from Rusko Selo.
Other locals near Romania could see unusual images in the sky, thunders, storm, and the wind was present in Banat.
According to the last data, there have been over 30 liters of rain per meter in Banat.
Due to the storm and thunders, some villages lost electricity.
A large part of Serbia was struck by bad weather, followed by thunders, strong showers, and hail.
The strong storm started in Belgrade around 19:00.
