Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic spoke on the phone with EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell this morning, the daily Blic learned.
One of the topics discussed was the candidate for EU's special envoy in the Belgrade-Pristina negotiations.

"Borrell informed Vucic who it is, but that information is still kept secret," a source from diplomatic circles has said.
The president of Serbia and Borrell also discussed the future of the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue.
"Vucic repeated that the abolition of taxes (on Serbian products) is a key condition for the resumption of the dialogue and that without that, there will be no return to the negotiating table. He had his interlocutor's understanding," the source said.
