Prime Minister of the Provisional Institutions of Pristina Avdullah Hoti did not miss the opportunity to stress that, as he sees it, every conversation in Brussels, even that held on Monday, means progress in drafting a final agreement. The director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija, Marko Djuric, denied these claims and said that this was not talked about.

Hoti reiterated his position that the dialogue with Belgrade in Brussels is taking place in order to reach a legally binding agreement which, as he said, "leads to recognition."

" I am pleased to say that we have made progress in making a final agreement between the two countries for a full normalization of relations and mutual recognition," said Hoti.

After the third round of the dialogue in Brussels with Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, he assessed that the approach of so-called Kosovo's "government and state" is constructive and that they are "ready to move towards a full normalization."

Hoti said that there has been progress in the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina and that the positions on the topics raised so far have moved closer.

"Everything that we discuss, negotiate and agree on is part of a final agreement and the principle will always apply that we will not agree on anything until we agree on all issues within this agreement," said Hoti.

Djuric took to Twitter to deny that there was any talk about mutual recognition during the meeting in Brussels yesterday.

"Hoti is lying again! Not a word was said about mutual recognition at the meeting," Djuric wrote on Twitter.

Hoti told reporters in Brussels that progress had been made in drafting a final agreement for the normalization of relations and mutual recognition.
