There are no fruit yogurts and ice creams in Serbia that have been recalled from the Croatian market because of the presence of the pesticide ethylene oxide, said the Ministry of Agriculture of Serbia.

They say that EU's Rapid Alert System for Food and Feed (RASFF) also confirmed that the yogurt and ice cream products in question did not reach Serbia.

If it is determined that some product is suspicious, the EU immediately notifies the countries to which the shipment had arrived, the ministry explained.

According to Croatian media, two types of Ducato cheese and four types of ice cream have been withdrawn from the local market: Snickers, Twix, Bounty and M&Ms, as well as five flavors of ice cream made by the Austrian company Froneri.
