Long-time registrar Jovica Trajkovic says that Trgoviste again has a positive birth rate and that the system for registering children is facilitated.

- The central system has been introduced, the party does not bring any more copies of births or marriages certificates to register children, we have everything in the central system, the registration goes faster.

There were less than 10 weddings annually, but there were 25 marries in 2017. It's not entirely true that people don't return to their birthplaces after they finish school.

- I plan on entering National Security college in Belgrade, I think I found myself in it. And I will be back, of course, this is my birthplace - Miljana Stosic said for RTS, a student of the fourth grade of the School of Economics:

The municipality gives 150 thousand dinars for getting married, unemployed mothers are getting one-time help with monthly compensation for one year after the birth of a child, subsidies when enrolling in the kindergarten.

- The municipalities in the vicinity have similar or the same number of newborns, and we are slowly going from negative to the positive birthrate, and thank the God that we have young citizens here - the president of the municipality Nenad Krstic said.

The municipality gives 350 thousand dinars for one attempt of artificial insemination.
