IT professor from the city of Paraćin Darko Milićević (39), who became world-famous with his solar energy panel made from beer cans which can heat the air from -2 to +52 C went off the grid, but his mind will not stay put.

Telegraf news agency already wrote that Darko from the city of Paraćin, Serbia, is an expert in making home-made crusts because of which he made a new meat-pie knife.

Our crew wanted to check how the famous professor spends his days during winter break, and we found him making a pizza-pie, and he told us right away that he did not invent it, nor patented..But..

- Italians are making something like this but they use non-dairy cheese, oil, salami, ketchup. My way is this: pig fat instead of oil, home-made tomato juice instead of ketchup, and the smoked ham instead of salami - says Milićević.

The dough is without yeast: flour, olive oil, salt and mildly warm water, and the stuffing: onion, garlic, and young onion (all organic), as well as tomato juice, also organic.

One can add the celery, marjoram, parsley, and a bit of ginger...

When the pie is cut, the whole house smells like cracklings, and Darko uses his special knife to cut it even so that the crusts remain crunchy.

We would say - Italian, but ours.

His wife Milka has already praised him for his kitchen art, and it is definitely worth trying because the taste has been enhanced with spirit and energy of this genius.
