Dragan Glisic (34) from Belgrade was stopped by a police officer while he was going to Stara Pazova through Vojka.

He wrote him a ticket because he exceeded the speed limit by one km per hour! Instead of allowed 50, Glisic drove 51 km/h, reports Vecernje Novosti.

- Wife, children and me, we all had our seatbelts, with all necessary equipment, all licenses, and working vehicle, we were driving carefree, and then a policeman stopped us - said Glisic.

- Everything was inspected, everything was in order, and then he told me to get out of the car. He told me that I have exceeded the speed limit and he will fine me with 3.000 dinars.

- He also told me that this ticket should be a lesson "not to speed so much" next time. What annoyed me the most is that my gauge can't measure the speed of one kilometer in my car with that accuracy. The rule is that 10 % of the speed over the limit is tolerated, but that was not the case with this officer - he said.

He was fulfilling his quota, and who comes, comes. If the fine is paid on the site, it's 50% lower. It's not the problem that I paid 1.500 dinars, but I was put in the same category as those who are obviously speeding, and they pay the same ticket - said Dragan Glisic.
