Kosovo's parliament voted today in an extraordinary session for the Resolution on the arrest of Ramush Haradinaj in Ljubljana, asking the Government of Slovenia to unconditionally and immediately return the diplomatic passport to the leader of the Alliance for the security of Kosovo and let him return to Pristina.

The head of the parliamentary group of the Democratic Party of Kosovo Adem Grabovci demanded the immediate release of Haradinaj and said that it was a provocation to Kosovo and its citizens.

- We require a serious commitment of our country to cease such a practice - said Grabovci and added he was upset because this happened in Slovenia, a friendly the state of Kosovo.

The head of the parliamentary group of the Democratic Alliance of Kosovo Ismet Beqiri has requested that the situation with Haradinaj be resolved as soon as possible and that such things should not happen, while the head of the parliamentary group of Self-Determination Movement Glauk Konjufca said that the detention of Haradinaj is unacceptable.

- The warrant against Haradinaj was prepared in a time where an indictment was prepared against him before the Hague tribunal - said Konjufca and requested more that Slovenia not be blamed more than Serbia, because Serbia is the real problem, and not Slovenia.

The request for Haradinaj's urgent return to Kosovo was backed by MPs of all parliamentary groups of the Assembly of Kosovo.

Slobodan Petrovic, Minister for the Serbian List said that the party he represents is concerned about Haradinaj's arrest. He added that the Serbian List understand the concerns of his fellow delegates for processes that are in front of Kosovo.

- I'm asking everyone to stay cool headed especially when it comes to friends. We have good cooperation with ABK - Petrovic said. He added that his Party never looked forward to misfortune and that they want a peaceful coexistence in the society with good relations.

Petrovic said that the Serbian list voted for this session with the desire that the problem be resolved as soon as possible, adding that he was afraid that all this will affect the mood  relating to the establishment of the Special Court.

The most critical in respect to Slovenia was an independent deputy Saip Muja who in protest resigned his diplomatic passport to the President of the Assembly of Kosovo, Kadri Veseljij.

He asked once more to look at what from the deal with Slovenia ratified and that these agreements be canceled.

- We must freeze all relations with Slovenia and that the state prosecutor of Kosovo file an indictment against the President of Serbia, Tomislav Nikolic, Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic and Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic for war crimes and about 1,500 missing persons whose fate does not illuminate - said Saip Muja.

A minister of the Parliamentary Group 6 +, Duda Balje said that Haradinaj's arrest in Slovenia is a phenomenon and that Ljubljana made a mistake when they arrested an AAK leader, despite the fat there was a Serbian arrest warrant.
