Experts say that undressing at every public place that is not swimming area is disturbing public peace and order, which regulates the eponymous law. According to the attorney Marija Vagner, the law does not specify exactly what falls under disturbing public order and peace, but it is "anything that threatens and prevents normal life or disturb the present. Unusual or dangerous behavior must be reported to the communal or regular police by anyone present.

- According to the Law on Public Order and Peace, for everything that is a misdemeanor is punishable, the punishment can be from a few thousand dinars to the detention of 30 days. The fine depends on the circumstances that have to be determined by police - said Vagner, who is dealing with family relations.
