The European Union continues to cooperate with Serbia in dealing with migrant crisis, said the head of the EU Delegation to Serbia Michael Davenport and pointed out that the EU has allocated more than 30 million euros.
Davenport told reporters during a break in the Inter-Parliamentary Conference dedicated to the control of IPA funds, that cooperation between the EU and Serbia in dealing with migrant crisis is related to humanitarian aid, building and rehabilitation of reception centers in the framework of programs and projects of the Government of Serbia, and the running costs.
- The EU has allocated more than 30 million for these three areas. Certainly we will continue to work together - said Michael Devenport.
He, while responding to a reporter's question, said that the border control is Serbian responsibility.
